Knowledge. Diversity. Compassion.

Professional Counselling Associates strive to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the counselling field.

At Professional Counselling Associates, we care about your well being. Our counselling associates are highly trained in a wide variety of treatment models which can be applied to a broad range of issues. If you or your family prefer more traditional “talk therapy”, we have counsellors trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focussed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy (Systems Focussed) and Strengths-Based Therapy.

If you or a family member want to try something innovative that involves less talking and more experiencing, then ask to speak to the therapists who provide Somatic Experiencing and other body-based therapies, EMDR, Expressive Therapies, or Therapeutic Play. We can help you work through the challenges you face in your life with grace and equip you with the tools you need to move into the healing phase of your life. Please explore our website to find out more about our counselling staff and our approaches. When you feel confident about the services you are choosing, it helps to create the best possible environment for successful change to take place!
